We are a small family brewery based in Rural Herefordshire, producing traditional Ales and beers, using the best ingredients available. 

 

We have now been brewing from our new site for eight months and during this time we have made significant improvements, including a new water filter system, using reverse osmosis (a non chemical method that gives us pure water to brew with!). We see this as an essential ingredient to brewing consistently great quality ales. Other essential ingredients include Herefordshire hops that we use in our core beers, and the occasional use of the best aroma hops from around the world for our seasonal beers. Not forgetting to mention the finest quality malts.
