My husband bought this book, I would personally never have chosen this actual text because it is self-published on a popular therapy topic without footnotes or references. Instead of scrolling through your social media news feed, this is a much better way to spend your spare time in my opinion. The following books may be helpful in figuring out the best tools and plans for dealing with a narcissist in this situation.
