The R5 features an illuminating OLED panel as seen on the EOS R, with the mode button situated within the rear exposure dial. The R6, meanwhile, features a mode dial familiar to most EOS DSLR cameras at the top. Both of these bodies feature weather sealing and a magnesium alloy construction in the body and chassis though the R6 only has this in the chassis and outer panels consisting of a polycarbonate resin with glass fibre. As for the new LP6NH battery it is estimated you will get 320 shots per charge on the R5 and 380 shots per charge on the R6.
