About this deal

The banana and melon note from the nose are there too but then after a little pepper spice hit, there’s a tannic sourness that appears. These cookies are needed for essential functions such as signing in, storing products in your trolley and making payments. Our boxes are made of 100% recyclable cardboard and our protective honeycomb paper wrap keeps your package safe and significantly reduces our need for plastic.

The nose is powerful with lemon, fresh grapes and barley with a flavour which is sweet, almost dairy-infused and rich in fruit. A memorable whisky moment for me was when the tour group entered one of their many, many cask warehouses. It was a clear Sunday in November 2019; my wife and I went to the distillery for a tour while staying along the North coast of Ireland. Aromas of juniper and subtle lemon welcome you to try and this leads to flavours of spiced juniper, cedar, coriander and subtle notes of crystallised fruit.Vividly neon green with a bouquet of aromas incorporating mint, lemon blame, aniseed and of course wormwood, Grande Absente Original is made to a pre-ban absinthe recipe the flavour builds as you enjoy each sip. That first ever visit to Bushmills, was around 9 years prior to the still house experience I mentioned. This unique recipe means Black Bush has rich, fruity notes and a deep intense character, balanced by an incredibly unique smoothness. Smooth on the palate and a perfect finish, no harsh aftertaste with a perfect burn left on the tongue, albeit with a couple of small ice cubes added.

In the event of any safety concerns or for any other information about a product please carefully read any instructions provided on the label or packaging and contact the manufacturer. So, if you were looking for an Irish blend where would I point you too for a better experience than the current Black Bush? Sharp on its own Sagatiba Pura Cachaça is wonderful once you add a little sugar and lime and enjoy it in the traditional Caipirinha way. It’s an easy drinking, versatile whiskey that can be enjoyed neat, over ice or with your favourite mixer. This is something Teeling offered, but more around the tasting experience at the end which I thought was a great idea.Bushmills is the world's oldest whiskey distillery, dating back to 1608, renowned for making award winning triple distilled single malt and blended Irish whiskey. Bushmills BLACK BUSH Irish Whiskey beautifully engraved with a celebration graphic on the front of the bottle, along with a special message so you can celebrate life’s extraordinary occasions, plus all the moments along the way. The nose and palate were always solid and delivered what I needed in a very fruit forward and light whiskey. Black Bush Irish whiskey combines an exceptionally high amount of malt married with a sweet, small-batch grain whiskey, and then matured in former Oloroso sherry and bourbon casks.

This unique recipe gives Black Bush its rich fruity notes and deep intense character, balanced by a unique smoothness. The flavour is creamy and full-bodied, zesty on the palate with orange and lime notes and then oaky tobacco comes through, enjoyable and warm. It leaves a slight smokey after taste, now for all the whiskey snobs this won't do it for you but if like me you just want an every day sipping whiskey this will do the job.

We recommend enjoying the Black Bush 1 l either neat or in a well-polished cocktail glass as Irish Coffee, Manhattan or Brooklyn. Perfectly created to make your cocktails shine, Tanqueray Special Dry uses the original Tanqueray recipe. Enjoyed by absinthe connoisseurs and dedicated spirits advocates around the world in the traditional way with sugar and water. I'm not normally a big fan of Irish whiskey, I prefer Scotch single malt, which, from an Irish man is probably sacrilege but this would be as close to a Scotch as you will get.I am not a connoisseur but I do know what I like and that is 'Bushmills Black Bush', a smooth taste and a very long finish that clings to the palate and allows the flavours to linger longer. Uniquely aged tequilas are wonderfully blended together and each individual tequila is matured in its own small white oak barrel before combining. This unmatched Irish malt is at the heart of all Bushmills Irish Whiskeys and creates a unique combination of smoothness and richness. Young and sprightly, Patron Silver is the youngest of their tequilas and its flavour reflects its youth.
