The DM-40 monitors feature a built-in Class A/B amplifier (left speaker) that delivers 2x 21W with amazing audio response and clarity. Perfect for use as reference monitors, or for your home studio / production set-up. The DM 40’s come in a pretty small size factor. They aren’t so tiny and light that this would be a selling point, but the speakers sure won’t crowd your room. These are especially helpful when placing your audio setup on a table because the table can act as a speaker extension itself. Our only advise regarding the speaker is to take care when handling and moving the DM-40. Because the speaker uses a soft dome tweeter and doesn’t feature speaker grills it can be easy to dent, ruining not only the look but the sound of the speaker.
