Moonlocket is the wonderful sequel to Cogheart, and again we follow Lily and Robert as they run through steampunk-Victorian London, this time to catch a truly treacherous villain.It follows a predictable, but enjoyable path that makes for a quick and exciting read: bad guy gets tangled up with the story’s heroes who must solve a mystery and save the day.

This was for one because we were plunged into the action straight away, and it lasted till the very end.Thanks to them, I got to spend the last day of my Easter holidays snuggled up with this, the second Cogheart adventure. And yes I am sure there are kids that can deal with that but the target group isn’t just for those kids. These quotes feel really relevant and important to me considering what's been happening over the last couple of days, but the second is important and doubly special to me because it is something so deeply true about our current society and I respect Peter for using Lily's difference to make sure children know that it's okay to be different.
