About this deal

For someone who is supposedly so mentally resilient and has an elite level of emotional intelligence, some of the things he did were stupid. As well as the internal struggle, there is always the case of being surrounded by the right people and removing the wrongs one. In reflection of the title, the philosophy is that a blanket state of fear is unnecessary and instead we can visualize the reality of situations and break things down into bite size pieces in which to assign the appropriate mindset and physical response.

Anyone could be forgiven that this book is a almighty display of ego if they only read the initial few chapters, though Ant seems to be well aware of the destructive nature of ego based upon intelligence and actual experience. He thinks of himself as alpha male, he talks about himself as alpha male, he acts like alpha male, but he's also an alpha jerk. His fear bubble technique got him through active service whilst facing enemy fire in hostile territory. I am perfectly aware that as a 50-something woman I am not Ant Middleton's target audience but I picked this off the supermarket shelf to find out what all the hype was about.

Registered address: Unit 31, Vulcan House Business Centre, Vulcan Road, Leicester, LE5 3EF, United kingdom. The goods do not need to be in their original packaging however in a sellable condition, and at your own cost and risk. However, I do not want to hear the bloody phrase “fear bubble” ever again as it seemed to be repeated every two pages, and I do not need the same concept explained to me over and over and over and over again. He slags off people everywhere for being bed wetting victims, not pushing themselves, without once considering happiness.

I like the way it mixes events from his life with lessons that these events taught him, and shows how the reader can use this to make changes to their own life. his disdain for most of humanity is palapable, and his odd rantings about finding fear bubbles to burst is just. Every decision you make ends up being based not on reading the situation and following correct procedure but on how good you're going to look. Knyga tarsi specialiųjų pajėgų kario prisiminimai, tarsi alpinisto dienoraštis apie kopimą į Everestą, tarsi gyvenimo būdo vadybininko pamokymai kaip dera, verta, naudinga elgtis, net mąstyti.Best SAS:WDW books for me are Foxy’s two (second one was the best and probably my favourite overall), and Ollie Ollerton’s ‘Break Point’.
