About this deal

coolwater is heavy in the vilet and woody and sea notes this is more of a floral citruss with a bit of aquatic feel. The masterful blend of freesia, geranium, and lavender results in a luminous, waxy grapefruit floral aquatic experience. However, I believe it has been discontinued, as its availability is rapidly diminishing across all markets.

Some nostril-coating ambroxan lurks in the background, but nowhere near the offensive levels of Dior Sauvage. To me it's not an aquatic per se but more a 'fresh aromatic fougere' which can be used all year around actually but does best during warmer summer days as it's very refreshing! The grapefruit and lavender gleam and sparkle out of the atomizer in an over the top fashion, however it doesn't come across as dihydromyrcenolic to my nose, although there is no doubt this compound is present in the formula in atleast some amount. If you’re running low on BdC and want to re-up, give this a shot before taking the walk of shame to the Macy’s perfume counter. Thanks to some of the grade A bullshitters on YouTube, I took the risk, but I have far nicer, better quality scents to wear. Designed For Men This product is the original, authentic name brand and NOT a knockoff or imitation. Brand: Antonoi PuigFeatures: * An Eau de Toilette for him * An aromatic fougere fragrance * 100ml bottle Publisher: PuigRelease Date: 09-07-2019Details: Product Description Antonio Puig design house launched Aqua Quorum in 1994 as a refined spicy floral fragrance for men. This refreshing summer scent consists of aromatic lavender and freesia followed by dynamic grapefruit and geranium. I ain’t Basic an’ I don’t need to smell like I’ve wrestled a bear at every moment to feel like a man but the fact that this even looks in that direction sets it apart in its genre. One is mint, which I think fuels some of the Cool Water comparisons and the other is pine, which makes it feel more related to the original Quorum. It evokes the image of a damp forest adorned with sweet flowers and surrounded by natural gas deposits near mossy pools of water.

In my opinion this is an aquatic meant to be worn in cool weather but if your looking for a lone aquatic to wear this summer (because you don't own one) and you don't want to pay more than 15-20 bucks (because aquatics aren't your favorite thing) it can still work for you. The ginger, rose and artemisia in Polo Sport (hard to detect when smelled alone but easy while comparing to Aqua Quorum) gives a slight sourish note to the scent. The fruitiness almost reminds me of the shampoo-like components of Grabazzi or Horizon, which is a minor annoyance, but I don't find it to stick out as obtrusively as in those two. The only drawback I can think of is that it's not that original as it seems it has copied and combined some of the best accords of Cool water, Eternity and Polo Sport together to create AQ but I don't care. You know, that metallic combination of grapefruit and lavender that's in Drakkar Noir, Cool Water, Green Irish Tweed, and every laundry product or dish detergent ever made? Manly scent with a bright ozonic grapefruit opening slowly turning to a herbal fresh freesia and lavender beauty, making it a great fresh fougère that represents an aquatic idea without being aquatic. Transitioning from a damp mossy essence to a sweet, ambery natural leather, it achieves a delicate yet intricately layered composition.

When people slam the nineties and aquatics, it pays to remember that the aquatic genre, like all genres, bears some beautiful products, and this is one of them. Not sure why its dubbed AQUA since it doesn't feel very aquatic to me especially or it only feels slightly aquatic due to the lavender freshness.Aqua Quorum isn't a great scent because it smells so much like other sport fragrances, but it's done well and smells good. Cheap enough that you can walk past Polo Sport/Coolwater for AQ instead, and not regret the purchase.
