About this deal

Another thing this review didn't mention is that the auto pilot programming can be transferred to your PC and saved or swapped out with other automation files. After you connect it to your PC, you hold a combination of buttons and the controller becomes a storage drive on your PC, you can then copy or swap out the automation files for different games. I was facing some input latency on my PC, I solved that by putting the controller on switch mode and emulating the controller via reWASD (I bet other apps might work too) now I get 15ms on Bluetooth and 7ms wired (the same as my Xbox controller). The new buttons are no longer membrane buttons, they are mechanical switches. I'm really excited to see how these will feel and perform

Which of these is superior? I know the 8Bitdo controller hasn't been released yet but I wanted to gauge where the general public perception is at right now. Those new ABXY buttons managed to register every single press that I’ve made during my button-mashing marathon. However, I do feel fatigue after a while since the buttons are a little stiff in comparison to the Xbox One X controller, for example. Turn on controller, press the Gear button and APG button together to turn controller into Read/Write mode, connect controller to PC with a USB data cable, a flash drive "GuliKit dat" will show up and you will see a file "Auto.apg" which is the APG recording file for Auto Pilot Gaming. As the title suggests. I had the pleasure of trying both the KK2 pro and 8bitdo ultimate Bluetooth controllers. From my experience, they both have ups and downs. Let me explain:All setings are made by holding button and pressing relavant button. Setings are cleared by default upon restart under normal mode, but can be saved under Professional Player Mode. Everything we do is for breakthroughs and innovations. We firmly believe in thinking differently and we strive to make gaming easier and more fun.

Up for adding vibration, down for reducing vibration. 4 levels vibration adjustment. The lowest level is vibration off. Controller automatically shuts down in case of no any button action in 10 minutes. Controller wakes up by pressing any one of A,B,X,Y,Home and Mode buttons. Controller will not shut down under modes of auto repeated Turbo shooting, Auto-Pilot Gaming and wired connection. The KingKong 2 Pro Wireless has build quality that meets and beats similarly priced controllers like the 8Bitdo Ultimate Bluetooth Controller and PowerA Fusion Pro 2. But, I can think of a reason why you’ll want to disable deadzone – that is if you’re using this controller to play FPS games that require the tiniest of movement. I’m not doing a good explanation here – so I hope this comparison is enough for you. Now, inside the box – you get all of these usual things that come with a GuliKit controller – a hard shell plastic case for the controller, and box of accessories – which is just for the cable anyway – and a big piece of user manual – we’ll need this for later. There are a lot more features that can be found on the user manual – but I’m not gonna use all of it so I’ll just show you here. I think ergonomics is much better than 8bitdo ultimate. The way it's designed is very close to Xbox and I like that. I didn't face any issues after a long play session (the biggest plus) *

And there is also another upgrade on the GuliKit King Kong 2 Pro – the face buttons – particularly the ABXY buttons. You see, conventional controllers have a membrane pad that we have to press down to connect the two ends together so that the system can detect what we pressed. choose"GuliKit Controller" and connect. 4.Pairing is completed once it shows successful connection to new controller. If you’re already a gamer that owns multiple different platforms – PC, Switch (the main focus), Android, iOS – then yes, the GuliKit King Kong 2 Pro is a fantastic controller. Its ability to remember all the devices that it has previously paired to is a huge timesaver for Windows PC since their Bluetooth menu is atrocious.

And to actually play games using the GuliKit King Kong 2 Pro is just magnificent. There is literally no argument that this is one of the highest-quality controllers that I’ve used so far. I even played Hades on my PC using this controller – and Hades is a game that requires instantaneous inputs with zero lags and zero errors in terms of inputs. Hold the mode button on controller to switch it to Android iOS mode. 2. Press the pairing button on controller 2 seconds to start pairing with scrolling The appearance of the novelty came out frankly weak. Rubberized elements will not save the gadget from water or dust, and the huge display frames and poor ergonomics, even with the small dimensions of an Android phone, are unlikely to be included in the exterior advantages. The 4-inch IPS display does not upset the clarity of the picture even at a resolution of 1080x540 pixels, but you will not be able to watch 720p videos on YouTube. The brightness and contrast of the IPS screen are sufficient to work with the gadget indoors, but not in the direct rays of the summer sun. The user will need to look for a shadow or enjoy their own reflection. Xbox and PlayStation players should beware that the KingKong 2 Pro doesn’t support either console. It’s only compatible with Nintendo Switch, PC, Mac, Android, and iOS. if it aint broke, dont fix it lol im pretty sure the XBOX controller design is one of the most preferred designs among controller players

It is also versatile in that it supports both wired and wireless gameplay, a feature that even pricier counterparts don’t include. Its integrated 1000 mAh battery will also last for several dozens of hours which help provide some peace of mind to the user. It even has the feature to wake the Switch up from sleep directly from the controller itself. Granted, it’s not as simple as “holding the power button to wake from sleep” like the Joy-Cons or the GameSir T4 Mini. For the GuliKit King Kong 2 Pro, you’ll have to press any of the face buttons to wake it up from sleep, then the LEDs will start blinking. Then, give that home button a press, and it’ll wake from sleep. But what is worse is increased jitter, it is nearly impossible to control characters in some games. In XInput/Android mode over Bluetooth and Gulikit PC02 dongle polling rate according to tests droped from ~105-107Hz to ~50-69Hz compared to 1.12. The quality is really good! I heard people saying that QC at the start was an issue and while I can't attest to that, I can say I got the white version so I can have the latest build. The quality of the controller I received is so good. It works well and looks great! I had no issues others reported like bad buttons, vibration, or triggers. (Picture attached)

Cubot KingKong Mini 2 Pro : Camera review.

So, let’s say I’m playing some games on the Switch with this controller and oops – someone called me for a game of Halo Infinite – I can just hold the mode button to switch to X-input mode, and my PC immediately connects to it. No need to pair and re-pair again like the first generation of the King Kong Pro controller. It’s a huge upgrade. Minus the HD Rumble, this controller does EVERYTHING else that the Switch Pro Controller do but MORE. It has the autopilot memory AND it brings motion control aiming to PC and Android for the first time ever. 8Bitdo is great, but if you haven't tried this controller, don't make assumptions about it. DINPUT is the old connection protocol on Windows and it is recommended to play retro games on Windows or simulator. Mostly it is XINPUT mode for new games on Windows now. I also wished it came with 2.4 hz dongles to decrease latency, but again the workaround I posted above does the job just fine.
