Update: the dry down is beautiful, mostly vanilla and vetiver…not sure what “velvet” smells like, but the dry down definitely has that texture. Not as many notes as Anne Klein II, and also less challenging, but easier to get into, as I like every single one, it feels more familiar / recognizable, somehow. Something about the top notes I found mildly annoying, I assume it's the sage, which at that point makes it slightly masculine, but in 15 min or so it starts to settle into a dark powdery aromatic vanilla.

From the SN I get extremely well-blended vanilla and jasmine, with a little grapey iris and some green lily-of-the-valley.This fragrance with oriental notes is perfectly in line with the bold and avant-garde style of the GUESS brand. I absolutely cannot sniff the iris And on my skin it very very quickly settles to nothing but vanilla. I am surprised it's marketed for women, I'd see this as an exclusively men's fragrance, not even unisex.

To my uneducated nose this fragrance smells like a blend of Mon Guerlain and Jasmine di Giava by Tesori d'Oriente.The bottle with an all gold label (like the fragrantica pic) is a lot softer and crowd pleasing of a scent.

The fruits also star at the beginning of this scent only, however don't notice as much as the deep floral, personally. This is nothing like Mon Guerlain in any of it's forms, I'm not sure where everyone is getting that! So if you're into either of the two and on a budget definitely check this one out, since this is playing along the lines of overall the same theme. that midway point between the opening notes and the mon guerlain dry down is magical, but its only a few minutes. It's super harsh and cedar-like, very strange, smells like an old dude wearing cheap Denim who applied some generic 'sweet' fragrance on top.This will be included within your account minimum payment request every month and cannot be repaid using Take 3. GUESS Seductive Noir, is a powerful scent that embodies the unique magnetism and playfully captivating style synonymous with the GUESS brand. Very nice, though it is strong for about 20 minutes then gets a lot weaker, but it's still strong enough to be acceptable.
