In January we spotted these Little Mermaid Minnie Ears in the Creations Shop at EPCOT (we’ve seen them at Disneyland too). If you choose to add on a bow, there are two types of material you can choose from, but if you want to keep the ears plain for the fan at your party, you totally can! You could choose from swirls of peppermint, or wintergreen snowflakes, or even some more tame red and green ears! Anyone can cook, and anyone can get these adorable Disney ears. These Ratatouille ears will remind you that if you try and practice, you too can be as good as a French Chef. Place the two pieces front-to-front and hot glue the two sides together along the edges. Once the glue has set, carefully turn the tail body right side out. Cut out all template pieces. Trace the clamshell shape from the pattern and trim it to fit the headband (see the pictures or video). Trace that and cut out another one. Repeat for the other ear (not using the clamshell - for this one you want a bitten cookie shape).Based on Disney’s Encanto film, these colorful Encanto ears are some of the cutest Disney ears we’ve come across.

You can choose to add on sequins, and you can choose one of 40 different bows to finish off this look. Designed in a style to mimic Loki’s signature helmet and crown, the sparkle of gold is curved around the velvet green ears. A silhouette of the helmet is set in the center of the ears. Hot glue the two clamshell shapes together, but do not go all the way to the edge--you will need some space to add the pearl string later. Another standout feature is its color scheme. Both ears feature an ombre design, seamlessly blending from pink to green. Made with the softest and fuzziest Sherpa material, these ears feel like a comfy blanket on your head. The fun whiskers and chef hat do make this set of ears one of the more fragile ears out there, so just be careful with where you store them.Fold the edges over and inside of the opening of the tail body and hot glue the opening closed. Affix the base of the tail to the scaled ear along the inside edge, laying across the ear, and bend the tail, as desired. Cut out two shapes from the template for the tail body from the holographic teal fabric scrap. You may want a longer or shorter, fatter or skinnier tail, so you may want to consider this when cutting. My fabric was very stretchy and so I had to re-cut to make it exactly right for me. Platinum and purple comprise the color scheme and don’t they give this headband a regal look?! We love the metal pattern on the ears as well as the sparkly bow in the center! The lightweight material of these ears will make them comfortable to wear for long periods of time, and they won’t feel like a burden while you are waiting in line.
