I watched the Netflix series first and was so disappointed when it ended, when the second series took me by surprise this summer I binge watched them all and have literally watched the entire series over and over and over.

It allows Oseman to put a lot of dialogue into a single frame and sort of recreates the way individual speakers are shown in, say, a group text. But love works in surprising ways, and Nick is more interested in Charlie than either of them realised. I realise it quite often isn’t the case BUT I hope that it will educate at least some of those that need educating.

I really enjoyed the Netflix adaptation but don’t think I’m the target demographic for these graphic novels.
