About this deal

This face massager I must say is amazing. It’s cooling on the skin and you can feel it quite tightly too, in a nice way. It helps to boost the circulation across the face as well as reduce puffiness and wrinkles. Use it with the facial oil and follow the instructions on the box, they are very easy. Helps fade dark circles, reduce fine lines and depuff bags to leave the eye contour looking radiant A new eye product recently joined The Body Shop’s Oils of Life skincare range – the Oils of Life New Intensely Revitalizing Eye Cream-Gel. One of it’s sister products – the Oils of Life Sleeping Cream– earned itself HG status in my book, so I was super excited to try this new guy out! Read on to find out how it worked for my combination skin. The Body Shop Oils of Life Intensely Revitalizing Eye Cream-Gel

Create the ultimate dream team by pairing it with our Intensely Revitalising Cream and your luminous glow is good to go.• Made with 97% ingredients of natural origin The ultra-light and smoothing eye cream-gel feels fresh upon application and melts onto skin. Infused with three precious seed oils, eye contours are visibly revitalized and look more radiant. Signs of ageing appear reduced, wrinkles appear smoothed, dark circles look visibly faded and bags appear depuffed. A while ago I had the opportunity to try The Body Shop Oils of Life Eye Cream. This eye cream claims it will help to reduce the appearance of dark circles and wrinkles, help your eye contour to look smoother, and make your eyes look more radiant.Body Shop Oils of Life Revitalizing Eye Cream-Gel er let, men samtidig utroligt nærende produkt med koffein. I have always been a fan of oils for the skin, probably because my skin is dehydrated, but these are designed for all skin types to use. In the range you have 4 key products and also a face massager which you never knew you needed till you try it. I’ve been using this eye cream-gel for just over a week, day and night, and while I haven’t noticed any major differences in improvements of skin texture as yet, I do find it a very pleasant eye cream to use. It is hydrating whilst not heavy or occlusive, it’s a delight to apply with its cooling sensation and works well under makeup. I’ve noticed a change in my under eye skin over the last couple of months in that it looks more dehydrated, not normally a complaint coming from my skin that tends to lie on the oiler side of the scale but I took this as a sign as needing to give the delicate area some much needed love and attention, or at least a bit more so. The Body Shop ‘Oils of Life’ Eye cream gel

The eye gel cream also has some great goodies in B3 Niacinamide, a hidden gem for smoothing pores, some lovely humectant and emoilant ingredients and Fagus Sylvatica Bud Extract which is a natural antioxidant, has anti wrinkle, moisturising and protecting properties. Caffeine is a nice bonus ingredient to help depuff any morning puffiness. It is very soothing and cool upon application and is even more pleasant if stored in the fridge. The coolness also aids in depuffing of eye baggage. It only takes the smallest amount (I’m talking about quart of a pea size) to cover the entire eye area. The formula dries super fast and leaves a completely matte finish to my skin. It doesn’t provide very much in terms of hydration (so I wouldn’t recommend this for dry skin), however it does make my skin area feel very smooth and soft. The biggest downside is that the formula leaves behind a film that ‘rolls off’ when I rub my fingers on my skin. This is an immediate turn-off for me. I like my eye creams to absorb completely, without leaving behind a residue that coats (and possibly even weighs down) the eye area throughout the day. So to sum it all up, here’s my list of pros and cons for the The Body Shop Oils of Life Intensely Revitalizing Eye Cream-Gel:

Wrap-Up

If facial oil isn’t your thing then the gel could be for you. This isn’t as heavy as the moisturiser in the range and has illuminating micro pearls, so it can be a great one to wear under your make-up. If you don’t like too much moisturiser this one is for you, it’s very lightweight and soft on the skin and has a lovely cooling feeling too. Sounds good from the title doesn’t it? This is my favorite product in the Oils of Life range. I really do like using an essence lotion, see similar from 001 skincare. You can use this after cleansing and before serum or moisturiser, so it’s sort of like a toner. It gives your skin a nice light coverage of the lotion, nothing greasy feeling and revitalises your skin and prepares it for the next step in your routine. Essence lotions are very popular in Asia and aren’t as familiar over here, so it’s great to see The Body Shop adding one to this collection. If you are unsure, go into the shop and give it a little try, I’m pretty sure you’ll like it. Contains illuminating micro-pearls which instantly enlighten the eye area and help to disguise dark circles

This may seem quite a pricey product at first, but when compared to other facial oils on the market I would say it’s very good value for money. Facial oils have so many benefits and don’t make your skin feel greasy. Just a few drops can help to nourish and revitalize the skin, making it more radiant. A great tip with this is to apply it to your face then use the facial massager I was talking about. I love to apply this before bed and just let it do all the work. After using it for 4 weeks, I think I’m in love with it. My under eye area looks so much better. I have less darkness under my eyes. The fine lines appear smaller. My eyes are also less puffy underneath. You can buy The Body Shop Oils of Life Eye Cream at Ulta& The Body Shop.
