About this deal

However, there’s no denying that such simplicity has its perks. Most obviously when it comes to the battery life on the Deathadder V3 Pro. Razer claims 90 hours and since unboxing it about three weeks ago, I’ve only charged it once. I’ve been exclusively using this as my primary mouse for at least 8 hours a day. So no complaints there. It charges via USB Type-and you can keep using the mouse wired as it charges too. For that, applications such as Mouse Tester come in handy. We used this software to see if we could spot any glaring issues with the mice we used. In every gaming mouse we tested, though, angle snapping and acceleration were disabled in the mouse drivers by default (though a mouse can still exhibit acceleration from issues with the sensor itself) and never encountered any glaring performance issues. The Razer Deathadder V3 Pro is paired with the Razer Synapse for customization. The Razer Synapse software has come a long way since its bloated and sluggish days, and now is a pretty robust and efficient software to use on a regular basis. Of course, you can uninstall it once you have configured the mouse to your liking as it stores most of the settings on the onboard memory itself. The screen glitches as the mouse now rests atop a high-tech weighing scale in a white futuristic lab.

All of that coming at such a low price is well worth taking note of. In fact, we actually enjoyed the grip tape included with the Mini version far more than the standard grippy surface of the main release, and the sweat absorbent design was much appreciated as well. We also noted that the smaller size meant Razer's snappy switches felt all the more tactile underhand - whereas the full-sized device can feel a little mushy. It's been a long time since we last looked at the wired Logitech Pro gaming mouse (nearly eight years), and I was surprised to see that design has more or less stayed the same after all that time with upgrades beneath the surface—both the Pro Wireless and Pro X Superlight wirelessuse a similar form factor. After using the Pro for a bit, it's safe to say if it ain't broke, well, you know. Razer produces mice under a few series', the Viper, Basilisk and Naga models tend to carry the higher price tags, while Deathadder, Orochi, and Mamba lines come in cheaper. Thankfully, we've had our hands on a massive range of these devices, putting each one through its paces over the course of weeks to determine its value for money and overall performance. That's why we're rounding up all the best Razer mouse models across all lines right here. I wouldn't have minded if Logitech went for an ambidextrous design to give the lefties some love like it did the G Pro Wireless with buttons on each side. As a lefty gamer myself, forced to play PC games right-handed all the time, it's just a cross we bear.Coming to the performance side of things, the Razer Deathadder V3 Pro uses the Razer Focus Pro 30K Optical sensor, which has a max acceleration of 70g, max IPS speed of 750, and a claimed resolution accuracy of 99.8%. Just like the wired version, the V3 Pro performed exceptionally well and kept up with my jittery and twitchy playstyle in Halo Infinite and Fortnite. The sensor movement and accuracy is top-notch with no noticeable lag or latency issues over the Razer HyperSpeed 2.4Ghz wireless.

The three titular lighting zones all lie within the thin strip that spans the rear palm rest, with the logo above taking the same color as the middle RGB lighting zone. While it might've been nice to have independent control of the logo itself, the option does allow for gorgeous tri-color gradient effects sweeping from one side of the mouse to the other. The biggest difference between the wired and the wireless version is the weight. Due to the internal battery, the Deathadder V3 Pro is 63g, while the wired Deathadder V3 is around 59g, but the difference is marginal at best and hardly felt. If you are looking to upgrade from the Deathadder V2 Pro, however, which is around 88g, you will notice a big difference as it's around 30 per cent lighter. The latest Razer gaming mouse is the Cobra Pro, however you'll find recent release history just below.
