If the Clever Dripper is placed on a flat surface, the valve will remain closed and the coffee grounds should be left to brew in hot water for a couple of minutes.

Wait for between 2-2 1/2 minutes then put the clever dripper on a jug to drain, the total soak and drawn down should be between 4-5 minutes. The Clever Coffee Dripper has advanced the concept even further creating an easy way to brew without bitterness, acidity or loose grounds.
