The active ingredient in Galpharm Diarrhoea Relief 2mg Capsules is Loperamide Hydrochloride, an anti-diarrhoeal medicine. Loperamide works by reducing muscle contractions in the intestine, which helps to slow down the movement of the bowel and makes stools more solid and less frequent.
