A three year old single malt matured in a combination of first fill bourbon casks from Heaven Hill and some STR (shaved, toasted, recharred) Portuguese red wine casks, Dream to Dram has been bottled at 46% without colouring or chill filtration. Made exclusively with barley harvested from near Kingsbarns in East Fife, this is a clean, complex Lowland single malt. Many well-established distilleries didn’t foresee the exponential growth in the single malt market some 15-20 years ago.

The coastal proximity of Fife brings gentle maritime influences to the spirit, while the region's fertile soil contributes to the barley's quality. We suggest garnish of a couple of thin slices of a Granny Smith to support the flavour and to introduce some sweetness. Nose: The nose opens with banana foam sweets, tinned pineapple syrup and summer berries, there is a slight herbal edge to it.
