I felt that the book covered lots of concepts that I absolutely agree with, but because each chapter focuses on a different thing the concept was talked about at a very top-level and the majority of tips she provided I had heard of already. The author seemed to have no idea what she was talking about, promoting toxic habits and only talking about her own toxic experiences.

The theory'- part 1- teaches you about the 4 laws; law of attraction, law of vibration, law of action and the law of rhythm. It often seems that the only people making a success from this type of material are those promoting or selling this type of material. A free spirit with her feet planted firmly on the ground, Jordanna has a knack for taking mind-exploding spiritual concepts and making them digestible, relatable and applicable to everyone.It expresses the importance of the manifestation equation, which is based on four of the twelve universal laws; law of attraction, vibration, action, and rhythm. She comes up with silly examples about how she was worried about something going wrong with an overseas holiday and she was convinced she wouldn’t go, and then a volcano erupted so she couldn’t go. This book encompasses all things soul, love and navigating life from a place of alignment, purpose and intention.

The book is very descriptive about the process of manifestation and how to allow it to enter your everyday life. After failing to fall pregnant after my 5th IUI, and on a mission to get my head on straight, this book was another piece of the puzzle. There were points that I personally didn't necessarily agree on (again diff background and beliefs involved) which I had to skip on bc they didn't apply to me .
