About this deal

The second box removed a lot of dark again, but I had only kept it on 30 minutes so I think I should have left it longer. Theonlythingiregretisdyingmyhairstraightawayasiputadarkblondeonandittookmebacktothecolouriwasbeforeistrippedit! I can almost guarantee you will need to add a colour after Colour B4 but they recommend (As do I) adding a Semi Permanent one – pick a shade 1 depth LIGHTER than the colour your hair is naturally and if possible one that contains some ash (Do not put anything Warm on as it will be VERY vibrant and probably brassy). After watching countless (and I mean countless) videos on YouTube of girls who have done a similar process, I decided to finally take the plunge and give it a whirl. Buffer: AQUA (WATER, EAU), SODIUM COCO-SULFATE, COCAMIDOPROPYL BETAINE, GLYCERIN, PROPANEDIOL, DECYL GLUCOSIDE, PARFUM (FRAGRANCE), PHENOXYETHANOL, SODIUM CHLORIDE, SODIUM LAURYL GLUCOSE CARBOXYLATE, LAURYL GLUCOSIDE, CHLORPHENESIN, CITRIC ACID, DISODIUM EDTA, SORBIC ACID, LINALOOL,CI 16035 (RED 40).

Since I’d bleached my hair, used red hair dye for a long time, dyed my hair with henna AND used red tinted brown dyes in the past…I’d pretty much used every product that Colour B4 says isn’t compatible with the hair remover product.

Once the hair is thoroughly coated and stinks of rotten eggs – sorry but the smell is disgusting – you then start to time development.

i used xxl red passion n only the top half has come out not the bottom ov ma hair which is still black. The ash should help with those red tones after – remember to aim at least 1 shade lighter than what you are once the colour is removed.I kind of liked the colour tbh but felt I wanted lighter so it says I can use it again after a week so I did. And I'll live with it for a bit, as dying it again too soon could leave me with very patchy results. I had many layers of different red hair dyes on over the past year including permanent and semi permanent.

Bare in mind I was removing semi-permanent dye here so it might work differently for permanent colours. You hair will be slightly more porous and the colours going to grab really quickly so you probably won’t need to put it on for as long as recommended and will need to keep an eye on it. My hair didn't feel great for a while after as it is a bit damaging, but a few good conditions and it was fine. I should add that I hadn't coloured it in approximately 6 weeks here either as I wanted to try and naturally wash out as much of the semi-permanent dye as possible. After you have done this, for the next 7 days use a simple shampoo such as Baby Shampoo and do not re-colour your hair.

Iwasveryveryhappywiththeresultasittookmetoalightbrowndarlblondecolourandihadafewlighterbitsinwhereivbleachedmyhairbefore. I don’t really know what result you will get either from the colour I’m afraid and again would recommend a strand test before colour. You need to make sure all those old colour pigments are gone before using your previous shampoo or re-colouring. If it is like the first round of mine (the second picture is after using 2 boxes for one round of colour B4) you need another box. I've seen it in Home bargains, probably in bodycare too - although if they don't have jo bazz, I got colour b4 for 6.So what ended up happening is the bottom of my hair was darker than the top and completely saturated with colour build up. You will then apply the other half of the buffer lotion from bottle C, lather it up and massage just like you would a shampoo and then rinse again till all traces are gone. Then you will need to massage the buffer lotion from bottle C into your hair (You will need to do this twice so as a rule I use about half of it for this time) and leave it working for 1 minute.
