Great to have it as an aide memoir for all those ‘just one things’ you can do to improve your quality of life A great little inspirational book that ties in with Dr Michael Mosleys radio programme. That said it is still a good book if you are looking for some health tips you can easily integrate into your life.I realise just how much I’ve taken away from this joyful little tome, so three cheers for MM for his work and health projects.
