About this deal

We all could be Zara, we all can feel her pain and delusion, and on the other hand we all can't help but giggle whenever she finds herself in sticky situations (or in steamy ones! Before long they were being shared widely by women (and a few blokes) for whom Sophie’s dating experiences struck several chords. This book follows Zara, who is sick of being single so she joins dating apps and embarks on some whirlwind experiences. If you're looking for an innocent and cute love story this summer then this one is not for you haha.

This book is hilarious a bit raunchy so if you are not easily offended it’s a must read you will be laughing out loud. This is a short but sweet read full of humour and I enjoyed the use of text message conversation throughout! I have no such disastrous love life (because I have no love life), so I had a fun time reading about someone's ups and downs in this arena.

A Glasgow Kiss, was released with a new book cover than Sophie’s original (the Duke of Wellington Statue- featuring the iconic Glaswegian cone) to target a larger audience down South. I know many of the places mentioned in the story including Glasgow Caledonian University and felt like I was back there while I was listening. Really worth the money and I am so glad my friend told me about it and the author, Sophie Gravia This book was so funny and I thought it was best book that I have read for a long time. I was hooked on this book and read it in one day as I was dying to find out if Zara would meet the one! I strive to appear knowledgeable and seasoned about all of this and affect an insouciant man-of-the- world vibe that soon crumbles.

However, I am now back to reading as before and look forward to sharing my honest reviews as always going forward. Having finished the book, I sought out the authors original blog (www) and I do wonder if ‘A Glasgow Kiss’ is a dating memoir, rather than a work of fiction. My only gripe was what felt an unnecessary and excessive use of the C-word, it’s a personal preference but I felt the book would have been fine without it and Zara’s personality would still have shone through. Overall ‘A Glasgow Kiss’ is fun, flirty and an easy going read that will be sure to improve a rainy weekend and put a smile on a readers face. Although things did start to pick up again soon after - thanks in part, to Keira Lucchesi fantastic narration. The free download features the latest breaking news and exclusive stories, and allows you to customise your page to the sections that matter most to you. We watch her plunge head over heels in love with an older man, as we belly laugh at the antics she performs, using every trick and tip from her friends to make sure his love is reciprocated.

I can honestly say that all the responses from men, including from some former internet dates, have been very positive. To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average.
