Better than Bouillon Roasted Chicken Base is a signature product known for its rich flavor and versatility. It will come as no surprise when I tell you that as a (mostly) vegetarian cook, I rely heavily on vegetable broth. I am unable to review the product as I deem that the item I received is not fit for human consumption.

Unlike bouillon cubes and powder, which are made from primarily from salt (lots of it), sugar, and hydrolyzed protein, BTB vegetable base is made from, well, vegetables.Either add more cooked chicken, half a cup at a time, or reduce it down some more as you previously did. In summary: if the thought of spending that much money on flipping broth doesn’t make you hyperventilate ( which it did me).
