I've had a couple different kinds of stair/upholstery cleaners, and I can't find a better one than Bissell Spot Clean Pro.Not usually a terrible problem since you can spray when the device is on and turn it off to agitate stains and let the solution sink into fabric. Regarding the noise, it is louder than I would prefer but it may be just as loud as a standard vacuum cleaner.

It keeps them looking and smelling fresh and so clean, which is a necessity when you have pets like we do.
