Alex: I would definitely recommend including the full user guide with this product as it was not practical to search online to find a fix to the issues I was facing when setting up the movement pad. I would also recommend providing some additional guidance on setting the sensitivity of the movement pad as it took a while to get this right for my baby. Ease of use: If other caregivers will be looking after your baby, consider if they will be able to use it easily. Will you require remote access and additional cameras? Siobhan: The best thing about this product is how it will play sounds to soothe your baby to sleep as and when needed. I would recommend this product to any mum looking for 100 per cent satisfaction that their baby is safe. I would also tell them if their baby is a newborn that the movement monitor is a great touch. Daisy: This product is easy to use, has a very good design and also such great quality, especially for the price. The camera itself is compact but does not comprise on quality. It has a very large range and can cover some space and is the perfect addition to any nursery. The picture is so clear, especially compared to our previous camera and I felt a lot happier being able to see my baby so clearly, which is great even when you open your eyes in the middle of the night and can see your baby as if they are next to you. The movement sensor also really put my mind at rest. If movement is detected again after the alarm has activated the alarm will stop and the red alarm light will flash on the baby unit and the parent unit to let you know that the alarm has activated. Our parent tester overall found the menu system on easy to understand but less responsive compared to others she had tested such as the VTech RM7767HD Baby Monitor. You may need to adjust the sensitivity as baby grows and gains weight. Note: Before attempting to adjust the sensitivity knob, wait for at least 15-20 min until your baby has settled down or fallen asleep. Included in the kit you'll find a compact movement sensor pad that fits discreetly under your baby's mattress. Our tester Jenny was initially worried that her child would be able to feel the pad underneath, but they were unaware and the pad did a good job of alerting Jenny when her child rolled around and moved in any direction.The motion sensor works via batteries (which aren’t included) but positioning the motion pad is relatively straightforward, placing it underneath the mattress where your baby is positioned during the night.
