Our expert chefs have created this classic recipe using 100% British steak. Cooked in our distinctive creamy pepper sauce with a hint of mustard and locally sourced potatoes and onions. All encased in golden baked puff pastry for a delicious slice.

Noodles: Instead of rice, you may prefer to serve the beef stir fry with bell peppers over noodles – glass, ribbon, soba, lo mein, etc. Pepper Steak is so versatile and tastes great with lots of dishes. Here are a few tasty ways to serve it. Coconut Aminos– Although you can use low sodium soy sauce, coconut aminos is my favorite soy sauce substitute. It also adds a hint of sweetness.Browning sauce, if chosen, provides a deep, caramelized color to the sauce, enhancing the visual appeal of the pepper steak. It’s optional but can add a rich depth to the overall presentation. We source local British farmed vegetables from Hay Farm in Cornwall, 15 miles from our bakery (where possible)

Marinating enhances the flavor, but if you’re short on time, you can still achieve a delicious dish by letting the beef marinate for at least 30 minutes. Longer marination intensifies the taste.
