It exists in the area of your highest values, what's most deeply meaningful to you, it's evident in all your daily actions - we call it your highest values or your top priorities. Conversely, someone might believe that all people are not created equal. These are basic assumptions that we make about the world, and our values stem from those beliefs.Your ultimate or relatively unchanging core values dictate your infinite journey the most. Your transient, changing, crusted hierarchy of values dictates your series of transient finite destinies. Whenever I speak about money to audiences and ask the question ‘How many of you want to be financially independent?’, everyone raises their hand. When I then ask how many of them actually are financially independent, almost no one puts their hand up. These allow the members of an organization to interact harmoniously. These make it easier to reach goals that would be impossible to achieve individually. Factor is a data structure used for fields that takes only a predefined, finite number of values (categorical data). Whatever is highest on your list of values, the ancient Greeks called the ‘Telos’, or the ‘end in mind’. The more recent Napoleon Hill called your highest value ‘your chief aim in life’.

Familiar examples of values are wealth, loyalty, independence, equality, justice, fraternity, and friendliness. These are generalized ends consciously pursued by or held up to individuals as being worthwhile in them. What is the most important step you can take to achieve the life you've always dreamed of? You might think the answer is something like: start saving money, get a better job, find my soul mate, or improve my marriage. Solutions like these might offer temporary satisfaction, but none of them can provide true, lasting fulfillment or help you achieve your unique purpose in life.This shuts down your foresight and instead opens up polarized perceptions of hindsight which lead to increased volatility of emotions and ultimately frustration.
