About this deal

Button-operated lids are more efficient to use than twist-and-pour stoppers – we found the button-operated lids to be more secure than the twist-and-pour stoppers. As we said before, the Milu is more bowl-shaped and can easily be eaten from directly. The 6.6cm wide opening is extremely convenient for easy filling and eating as well. This flask from OKADI gets full marks for its capacity and versatility. OKADI is a brand that has been serving people with quality products for the last 20 years and this particular model is their flagship model. It’s a big flask for big groups

Other useful design features to look for include a wide mouth, which makes for easier cleaning and filling (especially if you want to add ice cubes to your flask). In addition, many larger flasks incorporate ‘twist and pour’ spouts, so you can pour from the flask without having to completely remove the stopper. An integrated cup is also useful. Smaller flasks often feature lid designs that allow on-the-go swigging or one-handed operation.

The best thermos flasks can keep liquids hot or cold for a long time – over 12 hours in some cases. Look for a two-layer construction with an intermediate vacuum layer. This prevents heat loss by convection and conduction. We’ve reviewed a selection of the best thermos flasks, ranging in size from 470ml to a whopping 64oz (1.8 litres). Bigger flasks usually retain heat better than smaller flasks, but are typically bulkier and heavier. We’ve compared their performance with our own temperature test. What Is The Best Thermos Flask? It has been utterly brilliant. It keeps my coffee roasting hot, even on a trip up Narnain and Ime on a snowy day when wind chill was (apparently) making it feel like -20c! Need to know: Not dishwasher safe, button-operated lid, comes with one cup, also available in 350ml and 500ml sizes Using a flask is actually also a very responsible thing to do in terms of recycling – apparently 99.75% of disposable coffee cups are not recycled!

This is definitely one of the best thermos flasks for solo users due to the size of 21.8cm x 6.5cm and weight of only 0.33kg. This is light! The specifications state that hot drinks will stay steamy up to eight hours, whilst cold ones will be cool for 12. When tested, this insulated flask over-performed, keeping contents chilled for up to three days. The original and, judging from the results of our temperature test, still the best. This stainless steel flask is very durable, with a silicone base to protect against dents. The two-part stopper closes securely yet pours easily and has an integrated cup. In terms of outright heat-holding performance for up to 8 hours, nothing can touch the Ultimate Series. It was the best-performing flask we tested overall. It is relatively lightweight too. And if you’re concerned that the 500ml capacity will be too small, it’s worth noting that Thermos also makes a larger 900ml version. Full Specifications
