About this deal

This covers the changes we would recommend. Had to substitute the CPU with the 3600 as 3600x isn't available on the config. I did some research on them a while ago and basically found what every one of them actually was. All ID Cooling units and these are their models. To be honest, a few of them seemed to do decent performance wise, but if they're hit and miss on the quality control then it makes sense why they aren't recommended.

Another reason to use water cooling is if you have a slim case that doesn't have the space for a larger air cooler. On the other hand, a pump is much harder to replace than a fan if it broke, and while rare, the possibility of leaks within an electronic device can be scary. Regardless of which cooler you choose or need, this guide will cover many great options at every size and price point. The Ryzen 9 7900 has a TDP of 65W and the Frostflow 150 supports 125W, so as long as I match the fan performance I can't imagine there would be any cooling issues, as long as the fans fit the unit correctly. This is my question - does anyone know of any idiosyncrasies of Frostflow coolers that would prevent me fitting matching fans of another (quieter) brand? What monitor will you be using with the PC? (Either make and model or resolution and refresh rate would be ideal)

Snow White Design, RGB Sync with motherboard, 240mm Radiator, Copper Base High Pressure Pump,Premium Sleeved Tubing, TR4 Compatible Very much agree on the PSU as well, you’d don’t configure it to your current needs, if the pc is configured correctly it should last 7 years or so with minor upgrades, those upgrades can only be done if there’s headroom on the PSU.

Moving onto the 280mm radiator, and again we see a no-frills design. Made of aluminium, and featuring a simple splash of branding to the side of the unit, its apparent that the finished look once inside your case is going to be a fairly understated look. One positive thing to note with the radiator is that the fin density looks to be really good, which should help with the dissipation of heat when in operation. RGB Sync with motherboard, 120mm Radiator, Copper Base High Pressure Pump,Premium Sleeved Tubing, TR4 CompatibleThe one down side that I witnessed was that the pump is fairly noisy. This was perhaps exaggerated by running it on our open-air test bench, and it wouldn’t be as distracting when installed into a case, but it was still the loudest I have come across for quite a while. Design So, while I expect the occasional more noisy flurry when it's really being pushed, my issue that it's noisy and whining at much lower fan usage levels.
