About this deal

With linear keys, the force required for pressing them down increases linearly. Therefore, you have a smooth key stroke from start to end. Logitech’s G Hub software is extremely accessible for those who may be new to the delights of macros and custom lighting. A Logitech G gaming keyboard has features that are built for gamers while having many standard features found on a regular keyboard. The same is true for gaming mice. The best part is that gaming keyboards and mice are usually designed with ergonomics in mind, so they make excellent daily drivers for office work. An amusing side note is that while the Game Mode is designed to reduce the risk of accidental activation of certain keys, it's very easy to accidentally activate the other additional keys on the keyboard. Along the left side, the Logitech G815 has five macro keys and the issue is that they are so close to the others that I keep pressing G5 rather than CTRL, up to a quarter of the time. Frankly, this is the biggest irritation I have with the keyboard and I can't imagine that giving the G keys an extra few mm of space would have been difficult.

GL switches deliver the responsiveness and reliability of mechanical switches in an ergonomically designed, The switches act and react in line with the GL Linear’s target audience of MMO and action game fans, offering 2.7mm of total travel and requiring an average force of 50gf. The Logitech G815 Lightsync RGB wired mechanical keyboard is a feat of gaming peripheral engineering, bringing flagship keyboard features down to much more manageable size. And thanks to an aluminium-magnesium build, the thin body feels remarkably premium too. The rubber profile & media keys, as well as the audio wheel, feel cheaper than the rest of the keyboard G915 is our first keyboard to feature new, high performance low-profile GL mechanical switches that provide all the speed, accuracy, and performance of traditional switches—at half the height. Our GL switches are rigorously tested to meet strict endurance, responsiveness, and accuracy requirements. Available in three switch types:

Driven by data, run by a passionate team of engineers, testers, technical writers, developers, and more. Anti-Ghosting: With anti-ghosting, you can press as many keys as you need to at the same time without worrying about some keys not registering.

Get the speed, accuracy and performance at half the height of traditional switches. Low-profile GL mechanical switches are rigorously tested to meet strict endurance, responsiveness, and accuracy requirements. Available in three switch types: Lighting: Lighting doesn't just make your keyboard look cool, it also helps you see the keys you're pressing when you're gaming or typing in the dark. And, lighting can be programmed with LIGHTSYNC RGB to color code your keys to stand out. This is great for games with special key commands. The low-profile design of the G815 is a tempting proposition though , so if you have the money to spare and want a premium keyboard that’s easy to carry over to your mate’s house or switch setups from bedroom to couch, look no further than the Logitech G815 Lightsync RGB keyboard. The Logitech G815 is a mechanical gaming keyboard introduced in August 2019. Together with the wireless Logitech G915, the keyboard makes the debut of Logitech’s low-profile GL switches. Low-profile Mechanical Gaming Keyboard Keeping on the topic of the G-Hub software, there are a wide number of customisation options. I mentioned the five G keys, you can create whatever macro you like and attach this to one of the keys. In addition to this, you have free reign to simply assign the key to launch any program at the touch of the key. Thanks to the fact you have three profiles, you do have up to fifteen macro keys at your disposal.Customization: Gaming keyboards allow you to remap keys to customize your keyboard command layout, so you can have each key right where you want it. The Logitech G815 Lightsync RGB also offers a set of five gaming macros which are easily accessible down the left side of the keyboard and are GL Linear switches just like the rest of the keyboard. This allows you to customise your own shortcut inputs for any game you wish. The overall build of the Logitech is one of its most appealing features. The aluminium case makes the G815 feel like a truly modern gaming peripheral. The premium feel of the G815 is let down slightly by the plastic bottom of the keyboard, but you’ll rarely be looking at this of course. The casing feels extremely sturdy though, so you shouldn’t be concerned about damage when lugging it around. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the RGB, powered by Logitech's Lightsync technology and the earlier mentioned G-Hub software. The software gives you a lot of options to choose from when personalising your keyboard. You can set the lighting per-key, set up a variety of animations or select from several preset options. Either way, with the options available and the ability to change the intensity of the lighting, you're going to have a lot to choose from.
