The Andrew James Food Mixer boasts some exceptional features such as an extra Powerful motor, Special robust gear mechanism and a huge 5. I originally wrote this post over a year ago shortly after I got my hands on this wonderful machine. I have a KitchenAid that I got a few years ago, and I have never been able to get it to work correctly. I am deeply saddened that this firm has gone into liquidation, the high quality of its goods should have kept it solvent.The main downfall is the noise - it does make quite a bit of noise when you have it set above the third power setting, but in comparison to the previous mixers I've owned, it makes about as much noise as any other. I have purchased two other halogen ovens from different companies and all I can say is that with ‘Andrew James’ we have been most spoilt because the other brands just don’t match with the superb quality that we experienced with Andrew James. The mixer can be used to create many other foods such as sauces, homemade dips, mashed potato, mayonnaise and batters making it the one kitchen appliance you will always turn to for help. This is now my 3rd Andrew James Dehydrator ove the last 6 years, the first one just stopped working altogether, but I had it for over 2 years so kind of excepted it , the second one after about the same time the heating element just stopped working. I am lead to believe the liquidator company dealing with this is :- Adept Professional Services, 37-38 Market Street, Ferryhill, County Durham. We've now purchased various items for our son-in-law who's a chef and for our own home including a chic infusion teapot and digital scales. Whether you’re an amateur cook or a professional chef, the Andrew James food mixer will make time consuming kitchen tasks such as mixing, whipping, stirring and kneading simple and easy.
The oven is ideal for the two of us, wish we had bought one years ago, it does everything we need an oven to do and is fully supported on you tube with recipes and cooking instructions.
