Super lightweight: The Bote Breeze only weighs 20 pounds and is one of the lightest paddle boards on this list. I found it similar to the iRocker Cruiser, both in terms of its versatility and build quality, as well as the specifications. The Bote Breeze has a six-point bungee storage area at the front and extra D-rings for attaching a kayak seat. It’s also important to point out that inflatable SUPS aren’t really designed for serious activities like SUP racing and surfing.It also makes stacking boards on top of each other more difficult as the fins are prone to damage – so if you’re someone like me who has multiple boards, this could be an issue.

The design and six color options are gorgeous, so if you want a great looking board that’s perfect for yoga and built to last – I’d definitely recommend the Blackfin X. With an internal volume of 233 litres it’s stable enough for any rider up to 80kg and if you want to carry kit, it takes a maximum load of 230kg, which is comparatively high. The boards below are the best, but other good brands to check out are Hatha, Fatstick, Fanatic, Quroc and Starboard. It’s stable and rigid enough to transport two people or one person and their gear, as long as you spread the weight out across the board.If you’re intending on doing some SUP fishing, you’ll need somewhere to attach your fishing rod holders or an action camera. The HIGHPI inflatable paddleboard is a versatile product, which can support a weight of up to 350lbs. Using an electric pump, or at the very least a foot pump, will help to speed things up – so this is definitely something you should consider investing in. This design, along with the nose rocker (upturned shape), lends itself to being a super all-rounder that can handle a lot of different conditions, from being manoeuvrable on small waves to cruising around nicely on flat water. Despite this downside, the Bote Flood is still a nice board with good performance and a unique design that makes it stand out, although the skulls that feature in the design might not be to everyone’s taste – even if they are somewhat trendy.
