This is an ultra-portable speaker that you’ll have no problem putting into your bag or even a jacket pocket. It wasn't just me though, a lot of people had been blown away by the Minirig Bluetooth speaker, a modular speaker unit that was pumping out the beats when we arrived in the reception area. The speaker consists of a single 52mm diaphragm driver housed in a tubular metal chassis with a metal grill outside.

With the volume pumping to about 80% on my phone (Google Pixel 2) and the gain setting switched to loud, I got over 13 hours. There is still a lot of detail in there that makes it a very versatile speaker capable of playing nice with all sorts of genres. Although you won’t get the same crispness as you’d get from a speaker with a dedicated tweeter, you get much more than you’d expect.
