Caya is a soft, flexible, contoured diaphragm that covers your cervix so sperm can’t get in and fertilize an egg. As part of a marketing exercise to try and sell more contraceptive gel alongside the Caya diaphragm it was decided offer ContraGel in a white box and tube and label it Caya Gel. Caya Gel is a vegan, non-toxic, and organic alternative to spermicide that inhibits sperm mobility and ensures your diaphragm or cervical cap is well sealed. Healthy, sexually active women 18-45years old, not at risk for pregnancy due to tubal occlusion, were eligible.
