Presented in a gatefold digi sleeve with original cover artwork specially designed for this release by Ludo Studio, the makers of Bluey. Joff Bush serves as the primary composer of Bluey, writing half of the television show's score himself and leading a group of additional composers, including David Barber. On 1 October 2021 the album would be re-released on a dark blue coloured disc to coincide with the albums worldwide release. Two alternate versions of the catchy theme tune are included - an extended version and 'Instrument Parade'.

The extended cut being the tracklist's centerpiece is no accident; it splits the album perfectly between the more upbeat, endearingly nonsensical jams that precede it and the harrowing tear-jerkers that follow. The collection will be available to stream and download worldwide on 21 April and will be released on CD and orange vinyl. Tuned in parents will hear the artful approach to Bluey’s music, as it is as much meant for them as it is their children. In all, the album is a wonderful representation of what childhood sounds like, the first half delivering silly and ridiculous fun (Cat Squad, Chattermax, Lollipop Yum Yum Yum) and the later offering endearing and beautiful moments (Rain (Boldy In The Pretend), The Gnome Song, Rainbow, It Was Yesterday).While all those shows have something to recommend them, for me Bluey has had a rapid rise to the top of the pile in the last few years.

All in all, if you're a fan of Bluey or just love good music, you absolutely need to get your hands on Dance Mode. It's all a bit similar and in some cases repetetive Yes its music from the tv show, and its recognizable and a good beat, but I was expecting some songs.
