About this deal

Coat Spoon: Scoop the melted chocolate up in your spoon, and spin it around to coat the entire head of the spoon. You may want to dip it a couple times, letting the chocolate harden between each dipping to get enough chocolate on the spoon. Place the dipped spoons on parchment lined baking sheet to set. While the chocolate is still soft, sprinkle on your desired toppings.

You’ll find a superb array of hot chocolate available at Lakeland. Hot Chocolate Spoons Recipe

The great thing about these hot chocolate spoons is that you an adapt them to suit everyone's preferences and you can really personalise them. These brilliant spoons can also be adapted to include all your favourite ingredients. I used all milk chocolate as I was making them for the boys. However, half milk and half dark choc or all white chocolate would be super tasty. I also added some mint flavoured chocolate chips I had lurking in the cupboard, but sling in anything you have to hand. Not anything, as I can imagine ham wouldn’t work that well, but anything sprinkle, marshmallow, chocolate or glitter based would be brilliant. You could also stir instant espresso powder into the melted chocolate or flavour with extracts or syrups to pep up your finished milky drink. Experiment with these to your hearts content, then keep a supply in the fridge ready for a hot beverage of superior quality at any time of the day, never just on a Friday. Hot Chocolate Stirrers and Spoons are the perfect treat for all ages and make fabulous gifts. They come in a variety of super-delicious flavours including White Chocolate, Mint, Orange and Hazelnut. Our Cocoba gift range also includes boozy flavours such as Rum, Amaretto, and Irish Cream! electric chocolate fountain! Perfect for Christmas parties, this impressive centrepiece really is a chocolate-lover’s dream come true.

Christmas hot chocolate range would make a thoughtful present for a chocolate aficionado, but our hot chocolate gift sets are particularly suited to Xmas gifting. Hot chocolate is fantastic any time of the year, but a mug of hot, velvety, rich, luxury drinking chocolate is a particular delight during winter. Pop one of the spoons into an attractive looking mug. Pour over the hot milk and leave for a moment then give it a good stir to release all your lovely sparkly flavours. This is such a sweet and brilliant idea for bespoke hot chocolate, and I think they would make a perfect festive gift.Make a start by melting the chocolate of your choice in a small bowl. I went old school as my microwave had broken and melted this over a pan of simmering water in a small heatproof bowl. Sprinkle with desired toppings. Then, gently insert spoons into the chocolate in each cavity of the ice cube mold. Take a small bowl and add the chocolate of your choosing, broken into pieces. Microwave this in 30 second bursts or over a pan of simmering water until starting to meld together. Stir well until smooth, fully melted and glossy. Place the ice cube mold on a baking sheet so that you can transfer it easily later. Pour the chocolate into the ice cube mold cavities (it should fill about 14 of them). Fill them to just below the top, because when you push the spoons in, the chocolate level will rise a bit. Melt Chocolate: Place each kind of chocolate in their own microwave-safe dish. Microwave them in 20 second increments, stirring between each microwaving, until the chocolate is melted.
