RSHP’s site response aims to achieve a simple arrangement of 18m-wide buildings – appropriate to residential and hotel uses – which are perpendicular to the river, pier and dock inlet and parallel to the Kirtling Street boundary. Emergence – This stunning installation has a meditative quality, focusing on the mood-altering power of light and sound with visitors being encouraged to explore the three-by-ten metre pavilion which is made up of mirrors and more than 10,000 LED lights.

United by Light is the perfect theme this year on the back of our triumphant Eurovision host city programme, and there will be a very special nod to Eurovision with one of our River of Light art works – more will be revealed on this soon! One of our latest clients Paxt has partnered with Xperience to transform their business efficiency with Microsoft Business Central. The cores are conceived as glazed lift enclosures creating counterpoints that interrupt the simplicity of the main linear façades. It incorporates a river walk and landscaping to take full advantage of its location and create attractive public spaces for the local community. This is the bare minimum courtesy that humanity must adhere to when consuming other living creatures.

The newly created river walk – slightly raised to allow views over the river wall to the Thames – brings a 17m-wide boulevard to a previously underused part of the waterfront. After the huge success of last year’s event, Sleaford was brought to life with a vibrant celebration of the towns culture and creativity. Take time out to come and experience fine dining at Thyme Restaurant, providing comfortable seating, a friendly atmosphere and high quality dishes. This is maximised by modelling the promontories to open up the ends of courtyards between buildings, thereby allowing light to reach deep into the site and onto the river walk. It’s an honour for me to be working with Culture Liverpool and international artists Atelier Sisu on River Of Light 2023.

The systematic nature of the proposals and the scale of the development (comprising 752 units) offered RSHP an opportunity to use colour as a means of providing individual identity to buildings, where a graphic coding would assist in way-finding. Riverlight has easy access to the Victoria Line serving key institutions such as Imperial College London, the University of the Arts and the London School of Economics. Riverlight transforms a triangular, five-acre industrial estate – close to Battersea Power Station on the south bank of the River Thames – into a residential-led mixed use development, creating a transition between the large footprints of the power station and the smaller residential developments to the east. All six buildings are oriented north/south and are of varying lengths, filling the site and defining all major boundaries.Labyrinth - This modular colourful Art-chitecture and temporary playground is driven by an exploration of the golden ratio and its connection to the Fibonacci sequence, once again created by Atelier Sisu. created by artists from all over the world will light up Liverpool Waterfront each night from 5pm - 9pm.

It is bounded by the river to the north, Nine Elms Lane to the south and Cringle/Kirtling Streets to the west.Each module of Labyrinth is positioned to create a unique colourful and immersive experience for audiences.

The development includes an exclusive residents clubhouse featuring a state of the art gymnasium, swimming pool and holistic spa, a digital entertainment suite with a private cinema and virtual golf, and a spacious lounge and library area.Liverpool-based award-winning composer John McHugh has been chosen by Atelier Sisu to produce a new soundscape for both the Elysian artworks. Expect gigantic outdoor versions of a household lamp, curated in a very special way which will light up in a variety of colours . Florescentia - From the Latin word for ‘blossoming’, Florescentia is inspired by the phenomenal natural transformations found in the biology of plant life and is created by Australian artists Atelier Sisu.
