There's so much I want to say, but I refuse to spoil anything. But I need part two like I need my next breath. Think I can bargain with Bella? Lmao If you’ve not read the Kings of Kroydon before, start with All In - you won’t be disappointed! Bella Matthews takes us on a journey of self discovery, loving at all cost, and showing that family isn’t always the one you’re born into. Well done Bella on another fantastic book!
Coop and Carys have been staples in each other’s lives for a while and with one event, it becomes a thing of permanency for them. But, the feelings that have tried to deny, fight and bury over the years have only intensified. Having recently discovered this author, I have fallen in love with her beautiful storytelling and charming characters. After devouring the previous 2 books in The Kings of Kroydon Hills series, I was thrilled to read Declan’s and Annabelle’s story. The author does not disappoint as Always Earned, Never Given is a delightful and engaging read! Murphy has started to wonder if life has to be more than a game. And after a few encounters with Sabrina not only does he discover she is the most selfless, smart, caring, and beautiful woman he has met, he starts to realise that maybe just maybe Sabrina is his End Game. Oh goodness Bella has scored another amazing extra point with Under Pressure. Bash and Lenny are absolutely the best together and they are worthy of everything that they get in this book. Bash has been a mystery since book 1 in that he is the quiet giant that somehow knows things and what people are thinking with no issues. His book doesn’t disappoint on bringing out the why he is this way. I love how he adores his Nonna and his brother watches out for him all the time. His need for football and his love for his friends who are family to him. Having come to love this unique world that Bella Matthews has created, I had mixed emotions about the end of this series. Few sports romance books have resonated with me as profoundly as the Kings of Kroydon series. Thankfully, Matthews' new series is an exciting expansion of this world that I've grown to love so much. I'm eagerly anticipating Rise of the King with the hints provided in Under Pressure.As for the chemistry and their connection? OUT OF THIS WORLD. The way they would always need to be touching, the way he called her baby, the HEAT between them. Good golly miss Molly, I cannot give this book enough praise. Changing The Game is an angsty, brother’s best friend, also stepbrother. This book is emotional with all the feels. Cooper and Carys are so spicy and steamy! Bella Matthews really captured the idea of family and shows that no matter what will stand in the way when it comes to love. I complete adore Carys and everything she stands for. She is learning who she is as a person and taking a journey on where she wants to go in life all while making difficult decisions along the way. Cooper, he is a heartthrob! I am hands down swooning over Cooper Sinclair. He is just a good guy. Their connection and chemistry was just so right. This book was everything I needed it to be and I am literally obsessing over it!
Dinner nights, Take initiative, meets & routine, Awkward & Alone, Sexy times, Time to fly, Together & Won, Free & Falling, Swoons, Thanksgiving fam, Interview, I love yous, Proposal... And that Epilogue? IT IS THE BEST!!! Like, The Best, Best. I loved seeing what they're all upto in a few years!! *Swoon* #Marriage #Babies #Happy But with that said, there was something I wasn’t too keen on. That being the inconsistency when it came to the mystery and suspense buildup surrounding the hints that were given. It felt as if it was all forgotten about for a majority of the story, at least until the climax showdown occurred. I just felt the consistency of the buildup should’ve been there throughout, seeing as when the climax did arise it kind of just felt out of the blue IMO, as if thrown in there just to have a overall major explosive drama moment. Since the flow of the buildup was never really explored upon as it should’ve been. But Declan Sinclair is determined to change that, the moment he saw her he knew they were meant to be. She is everything he could want in a partner, she's beautiful, smart, strong, and loving... and a temptation he can no longer ignore. When he asks her to be his date for an event he's required to attend he sees it as his chance to convince her that their perfect for one another. That they could have so much more... she just has to let him in, and that is the part he's worried about! As always the secondary characters are amazing and beyond loveable. I mean hello the hilarious Murphy, and oh my!! we meet again Daddy Sinclair.

I really liked this one. It was the first time I read something about this author and I don’t think It will be the last. Dec wants more. He can see'em (with her brother, Dec's so sweet!) as a family. But she's cautious, Most days she gets no relaxing time, How will she fit a relationship in? Just Friends she says; But as days pass, Dec becomes a daily part of her life... A Habit. Stable. Besties. So much more. He breaks her walls & Earns her heart! Carys has been in love with her brothers best friend turned step brother for years, and she always thought it was unrequited and she would have to just get over her feelings since there's no way he would ever feel the same. But when Cooper is on leave and sees the wonderful and confident woman she's become, he can't stay away. And he'll stop at nothing to keep them together, despite all the odds in their way. I love Annabelle & Declan so much! This story's Well-Written & The ending+epilogue are beautiful. #MustRead Copy received from the Next Step PR.
