You may be wondering if you can help others with their anxiety (such as your children or other family members), if you are anxious yourself. We cannot eliminate it completely or control everything, but if your worries feel overwhelming there are lots of things you can try to manage or overcome them, including the "worry time" technique. Look for opportunities – when your child is in a positive state of mind – to gently challenge the fear. Take baby steps.
